    The challenge

    Crosetella sold handmade crochet products exclusively through Instagram DMs. Orders were tracked in spreadsheets, payments came via bank transfer, and there was no consistent brand identity. The founder needed a proper online store to reach more customers and spend less time on manual order management.

    The process

    We developed a brand identity from scratch: logo, color palette, typography, and packaging style. Then we built a webshop with product categories, size guides, and secure checkout. The store integrates with shipping providers and sends automated order confirmations so the founder can focus on making products, not chasing payments.

    What we delivered

    A complete brand identity and online store built on Shopify, with product photography guidelines, automated order flow, and a simple admin panel the founder manages herself.
